The Oura Ring 4 is now official and it brings a slew of improvements compared to the outgoing Gen 3 version from three years ago. Oura Ring 4 features a fully titanium exterior and interior ditching the epoxy interior of its predecessor. The new device is 2.88mm thick and weighs between 3.3 and 5.2 grams depending on the ring size. It is also water resistant up to 100m.
