Poco today unveiled the Poco M8x as the newest member of its M8 series. The Poco M8x is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 SoC, making it India's first smartphone to have that chip at the helm. It has up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, expandable via a microSD card. On the software side, the M8x runs Android 16-based HyperOS 3, with Poco promising four generations of Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates.
