The India phone market had a tough first quarter of the year. According to Counterpoint Research, makers pushed 38 million smartphones, which is 1% less than they did twelve months ago. Sony promised to update its Xperia 10 II and Xperia 10 III phones to Android 12 and after finishing the with the latter it's now serving the first batch of updates to the Mark II. The OTA update seems to be limited to just South East Asia, at least for now. The update package itself is 900MB big and has a build number 59.2.A.0.422. The Elec reports that Apple has increased its order for the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max this quarter.
